If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable period, it shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of a single arbitrator mutually appointed by AI Resources and the user. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and void. AI Resources may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Resources and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and AI Resources (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).

8.5 Feedback and Comments

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding AI Resources or the service is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
